Board Manual

The Board of Director and The Board of Commissioners already have their own work guidelines which is known as The Board Manual since 04^th November 2019. The Board Manual is a compilation of fundamental principles that provide guideline and directions for The Board of Director and The Board of Commissioners so that it can be implented in their work role, responsibility and relations in between to run the Company based on the principles of Law Corporate, which is written in the Law Limited Liabilities Companies (UUPT), prevailing laws, including the regulations in the Capital Market, Company’s Articles of Association, and The Best Practice of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). With the Board Manual, it is belief that the performance of the Board of Commissioners and The Board of Directors will become more effective and efficient in the upcoming futures.
