Dividend Information

Based on Law (no). 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, The shareholders have the authority to decide the devidend policy through the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). One of the things which need to be considered are the fulfillment of Company’s obligations toward the third parties without disregarding the Company Well-Being. In the last 2 (two) financial years, Which is for financial year of 2020 , the Company has done the distribution of devidends to the shareholders on 30^th September 2021, meanwhile for the financial year of 2021, the Company has done the distribution of devidends to the shareholders on 05^th August 2022.
